The second edition of the Three Bridges Run is now just over 2 weeks away! This is your opportunity to experience the scenic fast, flat road run in either the 5km, 9km, 21.1km or 29km event. The 21km course has also been extended and is now officially a half marathon distance!

Held mostly on the Parramatta Valley shared use path, winding along the stunning Parramatta River through Meadowbank, Rhodes and Newington areas, this is one event not to be missed with stunning river views. There’s even a loop around Parramatta Park which now takes you past the 15,000 strong Flying Fox Colony. There’s also a Junior category in the 9km event for the keen teens aged 11-16 years old, to join Mum and Dad for an active and fun day out or alternatively if you’ve got younger ones, why not try the 5km Family Run together?

Thanks to event partners NextGen Ryde, Vitable and Tailwind Nutrition Australia there’s a stack of prizes on offer for podium winners plus they’ll at the event with product offers for runners.

Three Bridges Run is supporting JDRF Australia this year to help them fund type 1 diabetes (T1D) research to accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat T1D and its complications. You can still help by making a donation at the time of online entry or by raising funds as part of their JDRF Blue Army earning yourself some terrifc runner incentives. Find out more here.

Entries close Wednesday 30th October so get in quick and don’t miss out!

We’re also looking for a few more volunteers for the Three Bridges Run.

If you have family/friends coming along to spectate, or know anyone who would be keen to get involved in registration duties, start/finish line duties or course marshaling we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteers will earn themselves a free race entry to a future Maximum Adventure event of their choice so there’s nothing to lose! Volunteer submissions can be submitted on the link below.
