Thank you for volunteering your time at the upcoming Three Bridges Run to be held on Sunday 1st November 2020. Without the dedication and hard work of our outstanding volunteers, events like this would not be possible. We look forward to meeting you and making you a vital part of the Max Adventure team.

Event Program

Please use the following link HERE to view the event program that has been sent to all registered competitors. The document contains details about the event such as event schedule, location, parking, race bibs and merchandise plus COVID-19 changes for this year. We recommend taking a moment to read through the instructions to make sure you are familiar with proceedings before the event day.

Meeting Time and Place

We would like all volunteers to meet at the Event Centre at Western Sydney University – Parramatta Campus, Fifth Street, Parramatta between 5:15AM – 5:30AM on Sunday. Details on parking and directions can be found in the Event Program. We will have a short briefing at 5:30AM when specific tasks will be allocated. You can expect to be finished volunteering around 12:45PM.

As a volunteer you will be based at the event centre or assisting out on the course, depending on what role you selected in your registration.

Bring your Friends

We are still looking for a few more volunteers to assist on Sunday 1st November. If you have any friends or family looking for a fun day out, why not ask them to join you as a volunteer. Feel free to forward this email to any interested parties or they can sign up HERE.

Food and Drink

We will supply every volunteer with a goodie bag that includes snacks and drinks to keep you going through the day but if you wish to bring additional food for yourself that’s ok too. There won’t be any food vendors at the event this year. There will be a Water Station at the Event Centre and at all aid stations on course if you need.

Volunteer Suggested Kit List

Every volunteer will receive a cap and shirt to wear during the event, these are also yours to keep after the event. Below are some additional items we recommend you bring to the event, especially if you are stationed at one of the marshall points around the course;

• Wind/waterproof outer • Hat • Sunscreen • Backpack • Food and drink • Water bottle • Fold up chair • Mobile phone

Can’t Make It Anymore?

We understand that circumstances change, if you can no longer make it please let us know my emailing us on the button below ASAP so we can make alternative arrangements.


Your contact on the day will be Race Director, Gary Farebrother, or one of our friendly Max Adventure staff members at the registration tent.
