It’s time to dust off your running shoes because Sydney’s spectacular Three Bridges Run is back on Sunday 1st November 2020.
After months of cancelled and postponed events on the NSW running calendar, we know you’re pumped for the thrill of the finish line once again.
If you’ve been stuck on a treadmill or running the same tracks around your neighbourhood for months, our picturesque course along the Parramatta River will put a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
Back for its third year, the Three Bridges Run is popular with families and athletes alike, with distances for all fitness levels.
The 42.2km marathon is new to the race schedule and with a flat, fast course, it’ll be the perfect opportunity to chase your next PB. The course completes two laps of the John Whitton Bridge, Bennelong Bridge and Silverwater Bridge loop.
The other 5km, 9km and 21.1km half marathon courses meander along the Parramatta River, just 30 minutes west of Sydney CBD. Take in the sites of George Kendall Riverside Park, Rhodes Point, and Newington Nature Reserve, using the Parramatta Valley shared use path.
So what are you waiting for? Challenge yourself and really blow off the isolation cobwebs!
