The event schedule will be confirmed in the official event program released two weeks before race day on this website. For purposes of planning, below is the proposed schedule for Three Bridges Run. We will only deviate from this schedule in case of any last minute changes.
RACE BIBS
All runners will collect their race bib at the Registration Tent on the morning of the event.
Check the event program for registration opening hours.
You will need to know your race number to collect your race bib, this will be emailed out after online entries close.
Race bibs are mandatory for all distances and should be worn on your front at all times.
If you have any concerns please speak to one of our friendly staff when collecting your race bib.
AID STATIONS
There are marshalled aid stations along the course. At the aid stations, runners will have access to the following:
- First Aid
- Water
- Tailwind Nutrition
- Selection of lollies
- Potato Chips
Cups (for Tailwind Nutrition and water) will be provided at all the aid stations as an option if you don’t wish to carry a hydration pack/water bottle. Please dispose of any cups in the rubbish bins located after each Aid Stations and do not just discard them on the ground when running. The rubbish bins will be placed along the event route approximately 50-100m past the corresponding Aid Station. Alternatively, please hold onto any cups and dispose of in the next bin you come across on the event route.
If you wish to purchase a reusable cup instead of using the provided plastic cups, you may do so when registering for the event online. This helps reduce the amount of waste produced by the event and reduces the impact on the environment.
At the Event Centre, there will be access to water via a portable water station for drinking or refilling bottles.

There are 6 x Aid Stations on the 42km course, 3 x Aid Stations on the 21km course and 1 x Aid Station on the 9km course. There are no aid stations on the 5km course.

Please be aware you will be running on public paths and roads open to other traffic – the course is not closed for the event. Event staff and volunteers will be present to assist at road junctions and crossings but it is your responsibility to lookout for any pedestrians or vehicles.
Please stay to the left hand side of roads and paths. Please obey all event, road and directional signage and always stay on the marked course.
First aid teams will be located around the course. If you or another runner need first aid while out on course please make your way to the next marshal or aid station. If this is not possible please phone the emergency number on the back of your race bib.
Runners are expected to assist competitors who have injured themselves. If you come across an injured runner, provide assistance and ask a fellow runner to inform race officials at the next intersection, please make sure you inform race officials of the injured runner’s race bib number. Times will be adjusted to compensate for any time lost while helping fellow runners.
