The Event Program is now available with information on the event schedule, location, parking, registration rules and aid stations. Make sure you have a good read of the entire event program well before race day.

Race bib numbers, the race briefing video and final details will be emailed to participants on Thursday 24 September. If you ordered a posted race bib and it did not arrive, see the team at the rego desk on race day morning.

There are plenty of transport options to choose from: train, bus, lightrail or taxi/ride share vehicles. For full details of train/bus timetables and to plan your trip we recommend using Trip Planner. The nearest light rail stop is Yallamundi. The nearest train station is Parramatta Station. The nearest bus stop is Victoria Rd at Anderson Ave.

With a big thank you to the team from Western Sydney University, we are happy to announce that parking on campus in communal bays will NOT require a parking permit on event day, Sunday 27th September. Please check the map for parking locations and carpool if possible to maximise space.

There is also street parking available within the industrial area to the east of the campus, or additional paid university parking on Parramatta North Campus just across Victoria Road (access via Pemberton Street), with a pedestrian walkway back to the oval.
